30% advance payment is required at the time of booking of Tour. Final Payment 30 Days Before Departure
30% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made between 9 weeks to 7 weeks before departure
50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation made between 7 weeks to 5 weeks before departure.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 5 weeks of the scheduled departure date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Adventure Planners Pakistan.
APP reserves the right to alter itineraries without advance notice in the case of unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
