Dubai

A Dubai tour package from Pakistan is a popular first trip abroad for families, with short direct flights, halal food everywhere and the Burj Khalifa, desert safaris and Dubai Mall all in one city. Adventure Planners plans private and group trips to Dubai on request, built around your dates, hotel style and budget.

Why visit Dubai

Dubai packs a lot into a small area. You can go up the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, in the morning, cross the creek by abra to the gold and spice souks after lunch, and be out on the dunes for a barbecue dinner by evening. Urdu is heard all over the city, and it works as well for grandparents as it does for small children.

It suits couples too. A Dubai honeymoon package can mix a beach hotel on Jumeirah or the Palm with a dhow dinner cruise and a night at a desert camp.

Best time to visit Dubai

  • November to March: the most comfortable months, with warm days and cool evenings. This is peak season, so hotels fill early around winter school holidays and New Year.
  • October and April: hotter, but still fine for sightseeing. Seasonal favourites such as Global Village and the Dubai Miracle Garden open from around October to May.
  • May to September: very hot and humid, often above 40°C. Hotel rates drop and malls, indoor theme parks and water parks stay busy, but outdoor sightseeing is limited to early mornings and evenings.

Dubai visa for Pakistani passport holders

Pakistani passport holders need a UAE visit visa arranged before they fly, as there is no visa on arrival. The rules for Pakistani applicants have changed several times in recent years, so we check the current requirements and documents when you enquire.

Places to visit in Dubai with family

  • Downtown: the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the evening fountain show.
  • Old Dubai: the Al Fahidi historic district, an abra ride across Dubai Creek and the Gold Souk.
  • Desert safari: a dune drive, camel ride and dinner at a desert camp.
  • Modern landmarks: the Dubai Frame and the Museum of the Future, both favourites with children.
  • Abu Dhabi: an easy day trip by road to see the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Getting to Dubai from Pakistan

Dubai is one of the best-connected routes out of Pakistan. Emirates flies direct from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Sialkot, and other airlines add more options. That makes it easy to combine with a second country; many travellers pair Dubai with Turkiye or use it as a stopover on a longer trip.
